SK8 THE LAKE

 'Sk8 The Lake' is just a few days away! Join us bright and early on Saturday, May 13th for the 10th annual 'Sk8 The Lake' push. We'll meet at 9:30 am at Leif Erikson Park so we can leave at 10:00 am sharp. This push will conclude at The Back Alley where Lyla Abukhodair and Jaw Knee Vee will play. Raffle, treats, coffee and pizza to follow. See you there! 

This is a FREE event open to skaters of all ages and abilities! 

PARTY AT THE JADE

 Friendly reminder: We're just a few days away from the shop's birthday bash. On Saturday, May 13th we're celebrating our 18th anniversary by throwing a party at the Jade Fountain Cocktail Lounge. We'll be showing a teaser for the upcoming 'lamedogs' skateboarding video, local skate punk band 'RazorTail' will perform, there will be drink specials, raffle prizes and more! Since 1977, countless iconic boards have been manufactured by Burton For this "Icons Collection" Burton is re-releasing a limited series of decks that changed the way we look at snowboarding. The '1987 Elite' fostered the growth of the culture. The '1995 Kelly Air' beckoned in freeride progression when Craig Kelly made a shift from the podium into the backcountry. Shannon Dunn's '1996 Dolphin' was the first women's pro model in the Burton line up and represents the dawn of women's progression and the undeniable mark they've made in snowboarding.
