Have we got an action packed day in store for you.
First, the 10th annual 'SK8 The Lake' kicks off at 9:30 this morning at Leif Erikson Park. We'll set off at 10:00 sharp with The Back Alley as our final destination. Once we arrive at The Back Alley there will be refreshments, raffles, and live music performed by Lyla Abukhodair and Jaw Knee Vee.
Later this evening we're throwing a party in celebration of the shop's 18th birthday at The Jade Fountain Cocktail Lounge. Doors open at 8:00pm, we'll show a teaser for the upcoming 'lamedogs' skate video at 9:00 and everyone's favorite skate punk band RazorTail will take the stage at 9:30.
SK8 The Lake is a FREE event for skaters of all ages and abilities while the party at Jade Fountain is 21+.
Let's kick off the skate season with a bang!
